As a potential bidder there is great interest in how the seller of a product stands behind their products. The best image that you can portray is that your products are guaranteed 100%, unconditionally. Not everyone can do that, nor do you want to in every case, however, if you can offer that type of warranty to potential bidders, it goes a long way towards the credibility of your auction. Here are a couple of examples, one with full warranty, and one that does not offer a warranty at all. Even if you don’t offer a warranty, by stating that you don’t lowers expectations and can still lead to positive feedback.
