Return Policy

Whether or not you allow returns depends on you, however, you should make your return policy clear to your buyers. If you accept returns, check the “Returns Accepted” check box, and select the period that the item must be returned in from the drop down selections. Specify whether the refund will be given as a Money Back, Exchange or Merchandise Credit.

To provide Return Details, select the change link, and enter the details of your return policy. If you are selling a standard product or service, your Return Policy should also be a part of your About Me Page.
